All programs and artists are subject to change without notice. The Festival reserves the right to exclude latecomers at certain events or to admit only at a suitable point in the performance, if appropriate. The Festival asks that mobile phones and all other audible devices be turned off at all performances. Failure to do will result in patrons being asked to leave the venue. The use of cameras and other recording devices constitutes a breach of copyright and is strictly prohibited.

Fees and Charges: Tickets to Festival events may be sold through a variety of ticketing agents, each with differing booking fees and ticket processing charges. For the convenience of Festival patrons, prices for events listed in this brochure are inclusive of these charges for over-the-counter bookings. Where tickets are booked by telephone, mail or online an additional cost will be incurred and will vary from a per transaction charge to a per ticket charge depending on which agent is selling the ticket. All telephone, mail, fax and online bookings through BOCS and the Festival Info Centre incur a $6.60 transaction fee. All telephone bookings can be made by credit card. If you choose to have your tickets delivered by Registered Post by BOCS, an $8.80 transaction fee will apply, which is inclusive of the $6.60 transaction fee. The transaction fee is non-refundable.
